 The basic user needs to develop their communicative skills. Therefore, in order to communicate at this level in their chosen language, their programme will include basic grammar structures, vocabulary and communicative skills. The programme is flexible and considers the student’s needs, interests and previous knowledge. |

 Based on their specialized needs, the student´s speaking skills – for instance in the business context in meetings, presentations, etc- will be taken into consideration, as well as their listening, reading and writing skills, together with their command of grammar, vocabulary range and pronunciation. The team of tutors will design a programme to help the student achieve their objectives. |

 An experienced user will often have trouble to eradicate some “bad language habits”. We offer the strategies to deal with these problems, analyzing the student’s learning styles and strategies. In this way, we help develop the ability to express oneself spontaneously, fluently and precisely, differentiating shades of meaning in complex situations. |
